PUBLIC ART

As of October 2022 my current year long project is nearing completion. The Postcard Project 2022 is a project focused on original watercolor paintings being mailed to someone in all 50 states, New York City and Washington, D.C. to complete the 52 weeks in the year. Postcards are returned to me and 12 will become a part of a 2023 calendar.

I have completed 3 public art projects. My first big project was The Butterfly and The Little Butterfly completed in 2018. I worked with my talented studio mate Denise Girardin to complete the butterflies. I started The UnconVENTional Garden in the spring of 2019, and the project encountered many obstacles including weather, construction, street paving and new sidewalks - not to mention the COVID-19 pandemic. The UnconVENTional Garden was completed in October 2020.
